What is Ferro Silicon Alloy?
Ferro Silicon Alloy is used as a deoxidizer and alloying agent in the steelmaking industry. The chemical affinity between silicon and oxygen is high, so ferrosilicon is a strong deoxidizer for precipitation and diffusion in steelmaking.
